Absolutely. Our buildings are insulated to exceptional standards, with 100mm of insulation in the floor and roof and 75mm in the walls. This ensures comfort throughout the seasons, whatever the weather.
Our buildings are designed to be low-maintenance. External cladding options like composite are virtually maintenance-free, while wood options such as cedar or larch may require periodic treatment to maintain their finish. GRP roofing is highly durable and long-lasting, requiring minimal upkeep.
Internally, all rooms are plastered and painted to a high standard. Flooring options include laminate or wood veneer as standard, though these can be upgraded if desired. As a bespoke provider, we can accommodate most finishes to suit your preferences.

Our roofs are constructed using GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic). GRP is exceptionally durable, waterproof, and low-maintenance, making it an ideal choice for garden buildings.
Yes, all electrical installations are included as part of the build. This includes lighting, power sockets, and any other requirements. We also provide all necessary certifications for compliance and peace of mind.
